Instructions for Submitting Final Paper

Procedure for sending the final version of the accepted paper in IEEE CATCON 2013

The authors should send the final, camera ready version of paper in both MS Word and PDF format along with the completed IEEE copyright form duly signed by communicating author, to , strictly on or before 21st September, 2013 failing which, the paper will not be uploaded in IEEE Xplore.

The camera ready version of the paper should include the modifications suggested by the reviewers. The suggestions of the reviewers are sent to the communicating author by email.

Important instruction to authors
The official language for the conference is English. Authors should thoroughly check their papers for an overall good quality of English. The authors are encouraged to use proper English spelling and grammar tools such as English grammar checkers (available with most word processing application software) before sending the final version.

Please Note:
1. Pre-registration is mandatory and no spot registration during the conference will be permitted.

2. Unless a paper is presented in the conference, it will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

3.  In the final version of the paper, no change from the version submitted for review is permitted with respect to the following:
i) Title of the paper
ii) Authors’ names and their sequence
iii) The number of pages must be limited to 6 (six)

Charges for extra pages will be @ USD 110 per page.
